Just one thing: your email address, and only if you type it into the subscription form. We don't ask for your name, phone number or anything else. We also use aggregated, anonymous web analytics (Vercel Analytics) that uses no cookies and identifies no individuals.
3. What we use it for
For one thing only: letting you know when we publish new content. We don't sell, rent or share your email with third parties for commercial purposes. Zero spam.
4. Where it's stored
Your email is stored in Brevo, our email platform, which acts as a data processor under its own security and compliance guarantees. The site is hosted on Vercel.
5. Your rights
Under Chile's data protection laws (Law 19.628 and Law 21.719), you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data, as well as to request its portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to hola@somosbacanes.cl and we'll get back to you.
6. Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us directly at hola@somosbacanes.cl and we'll remove your email from the list.
7. Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language preference is handled in your browser, without identifying you.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll let you know first.
